Perry volleyball took Dan Marburger Court for the first time Thursday as they hosted the Perry Varsity Invitational.  The Jayettes fell in their three matches and finished in sixth place.

The evening opened with a two set loss to Ogden, 21-18 and 21-10.  A tight second match saw Des Moines East top Perry in three sets, 20-22, 21-19, and 15-12.  The Jayettes fell in the fifth place match in two sets to Nodaway Valley, 21-18 and 21-12.

Charity Parnell had a team high 11 kills while Yami Gonzalez finished with ten digs.  Kamila Arceo served five aces.

Perry drops to 0-10.

The Jayettes will host Alumni Night on Monday against West Marshall at 6:30P.
