Perry Elementary School will be home to two fun events for families today.
Perry Academic, Cultural, Enrichment, Services (PACES) Director Lila Siglin tells Raccoon Valley Radio that the High School Class of 2027 is hosting two separate fundraisers with the Mother-Son Afternoon and the evening Daddy-Daughter Dance. She illustrates the Mother-Son Afternoon will be happening first from 3-5pm, which includes gym-related games along with other board and card games; photos, bingo, and an opportunity to meet the high school student-athletes.
Following that, Siglin details the Daddy-Daughter Dance will be held from 6-8pm, featuring a DJ, photos, snacks, nail painting, and bracelet making. She says that each event will cost $10 per person, with concessions and baked treats available for purchase, as she asks parents/guardians to park in the back lot and enter through the multi-purpose room doors. Siglin encourages students in preschool through fifth grade from Perry Elementary and St. Patrick’s Catholic School to join in on the fun at the elementary school.
