Stuart’s second Scoop the Loop event of 2025 is today.

Despite ongoing construction at the First National Bank on the corner of Division and Northwest 2nd Streets, registration will occur to the west of the building. Registration for the event begins around 3 PM, though organizers note that many participants arrive early due to the high number of entries in recent years. Cars have parked along Northwest and Northeast 2nd Streets in the downtown district, with some even flowing into spaces on North Division Street to the north and south of the intersection with Northwest and Northeast Second Streets. Food vendors will also be on site.
