The West Central Valley School Board will meet in regular session Wednesday night.

The Board will start the night with a public hearing on the continued participation in the Instructional Support Program. Once the public hearing is over, the regular session will begin. The Board will consider for approval the special education deficit – allowable growth, annual motions naming the district’s official publication, appoint the Board Secretary/Treasurer, name the district’s financial institutions and attorney.

The Board will also consider for approval an overnight stay for FFA members at the National Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana, a resolution regarding continued participation in the Instructional Support Program, and the transfer of funds to the flexibility account within the general fund. They will also set a public hearing approving expenditure of funds in the flexibility account, and consider for approval the career and technical education building project.

The Board will then consider for approval the third amendments to both the professional service and professional development agreements with SitelogIQ, along with waiving the first reading of several Board policies to approve and adopt them. The meeting begins at 7pm in the District Board room at the high school.
