Christopher Rossow, Perry, was driving on a tight curve on 180th Lane when he struck an oncoming vehicle driven by Terry Snyder, Minburn.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Rossow’s vehicle was estimated at $3000 and towed from the scene.  Damage to Mr. Snyder’s vehicle was estimated at $5000 and was driven from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
