The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday.

The Board approved payroll change notices for Amanda Claussen as a part time dispatcher for the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, and for Nowa Sargent as an Integrated Roadside Vegetation Management Roadside Technician for the Secondary Roads Department. They then heard a department update from County Conservation Director Brad Halterman, who shared that his department is still working on securing more grants for the Raccoon River Valley Trail project. He mentioned that they should hear back on two of the grants in November, and on three others in January.
