The Panora Chamber of Commerce has several scheduled ribbon cuttings tomorrow.

Chamber Coordinator Erica Matthies says that there are five different celebratory events throughout the day, taking place in a few different locations. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio why they are holding all the ribbon cuttings on the same day.

“(They) are all businesses, or groups, and organizations that have joined the Chamber within the last six to 12 months. Some of these businesses we just haven’t had a chance to connect with, so we wanna give a proper welcome, and invite them into our community with this plaque and ribbon cutting.”

Matthies mentions that the first ceremony will be for Farmers State Bank at their location in Yale at 10am, with the next to be for the Bump and Twillman Law Firm at their location in Panora at 11:30am. She adds that the three remaining ceremonies will take place at the Gazebo on the Panora Square, with Griffen Interiors to be at 3:45pm, the DM Law at 3:50pm, and the final of the five for the Panorama Parent/Teacher Organization at 4pm.
