Sept. 24th

Brent Allen, age 45, 1012 E. Walnut St, Elkhart, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Public Intoxication.

Sabahudin Delic, age 35, address unknown, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Jeffrey Hughes, age 42, 15668 Quinlan Ave, Bouton, was arrested for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.  He was driving 17000 block of Pioneer Ave when he lost control and went into a ditch.  No injuries were reported and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.  He was also cited for Failure To Maintain Control and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
