Greene County has cross-country and volleyball on the schedule today. Coach Chris Heisterkamp’s Rams host Class 4A number 11 Nevada in Heart of Iowa Activities Conference volleyball inside the air-conditioned high school gym in Jefferson. The Cubs are 16-11 overall and 1-1 in the conference while the Rams are 1-0 in the league and 6-7 on the season.

Coach Jeff Lamoureux’s high school cross-country girls and boys are traveling to Story City and the River Bend Golf Course for the Roland-Story Norsemen Coed Invitational. The Rams were weathered out last Thursday at Panora, so this is the first meet for the Greene County teams in two weeks.

Paton-Churdan volleyball is home in Churdan tonight vs. Rolling Valley Activities Conference opponent Boyer Valley (Dunlap).
