DCG volleyball found great success on Saturday, traveling to Nevada High School for the Nevada Volleyball Tournament. The Mustangs would win five of their six matches, only falling to Clear Creek Amana 2-0.

DCG would start off the day with three straight shut out victories, defeating Lewis Central, Ballard, and West Marshall 2-0. Humboldt and Norwalk would put up more of a fight against DCG, but the Mustangs would pull away with two more victories winning both 2-1. In their final game of the day, the Mustangs would face off against Clear Creek Amana and would finally come up short, 2-0.

Now 19-8, DCG looks at a quick turnaround with only two days of rest, as the Mustangs return to action on Tuesday, playing host to the Pella Christian Eagles in a conference match up.
