Andrew Irons, age 29, 504 S. Park St, Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of Violation Of No Contact Order.
Bobby Smith, Dawson, was traveling west in the 15000 block of Highway 141 when he made a left turn into a private residence. When he turned, a vehicle traveling east, driven by Bradley Butler, Perry, collided with the car driven by Mr. Smith. Mr. Butler, was transported to a hospital for evaluation of all his injuries. Mr. Smith reported minor injuries, but declined medical attention at the time. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Mr. Smith was cited for Fail To Yield Upon Left Turn.
Chad Kinkennon, Bouton, was driving in the 100 block of W 1st St in Bouton when he lost control and stuck a unoccupied truck owned by Skol Trucking LLC, Johnston. Mr. Kinkennon did not report any injuries. Damage to Mr. Kinkennon’s vehicle was estimated at $10000. Damage to the other vehicle was estimated at $5000. Mr. Kinkennon was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, Careless Driving and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.
Hasan Dzanic, West Des Moines was driving 17000 block of Hwy 141, when he slowed for a vehicle that was turning in front of him. Upon slowing, his vehicle was struck by one driven by Vernell Wittrock , Carroll. This collision, cause Mr. Dzanic to strike the vehicle in front of him driven by Mehmed Miskic, Urbandale. No injuries were reported. Damage to Mr Miskic’s car was estiamted at $1000. Damage to Mr. Dzanic’s car was estimated at $6000. Damage to Mr. Wittrock’s car was estimated at $10000.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
