The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Volleyball Team hosted Gilbert in Adel on Tuesday, and didn’t drop a set on their way to their 16th victory of the season.

ADM won the first set comfortably 25-13, then kept their distance in the second with a 25-17 victory, and held off Gilbert in the third 25-20. For the Tigers, it was a big Raccoon River Conference win, as it puts them at 3-1, behind Gilbert, who’s now 4-1, and in striking distance with Ballard, who is a perfect 5-0. ADM is 3-3 in their past six games and have an overall record of 16-6, as they will try to keep positive momentum, especially throughout the conference. 

The Tigers will be competing in the Urbandale Varsity Invitational on Saturday, with matchups versus Council Bluffs Lincoln, Southeast Polk, and Waukee Northwest, starting at 9am.
