Perry fell Friday in 3A District 6 action to  Atlantic 49-7 at the Trojan Bowl.  The Trojans scored the opening 42 points in the lopsided win.

As heard on KDLS, Ian Fisher found Phillip Gray in the end zone for a 23 yard touchdown to put Perry on the board late in the fourth.

Fisher led the offense with 71 yards passing while Gray had 30 receiving yards.  Gustavo Drahous caught a team high three passes.  The TD for Gray was his first receiving, but second on the year. Nadir Quahbi never broke free as the junior finished with 34 rushing yards.

The Bluejays fall to 0-6 (0-2).

Perry stays on the road with a trip to Harlan next Friday.
