The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tomorrow.

The board will receive a construction update on several capital projects, including the Secondary Roads Department addition, Dallas County Courthouse renovations, and the Evidence Storage Building and Firing Range for the Sheriff’s Office. The board will then consider approving new pay applications for all three projects. In addition, the board will consider approving a final guaranteed maximum price amendment and budget estimates for the Evidence Storage Building and Firing Range projects.

Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a University of Iowa Raccoon River Bridge stream sensor agreement, a City of Granger Urban Renewal Area extra-territorial agreement, a resolution to appoint a member to the Colfax Township Trustee Board, and the Planning and Development Department to hold a public hearing asking for a resolution to rezone a property in Dallas County.

The board will also hear an update from the Conservation Department. The meeting is open to the public and will be taking place inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel tomorrow morning at 9am.
