The Stuart Police Department recently handled an alleged threat to a school district that was found to be not credible.
According to Stuart Police, the report of a threat to one of the West Central Valley School District buildings was received after school on Tuesday. School staff notified law enforcement immediately, and then all leads were exhausted and the threat was deemed not credible. The Stuart Police Department says all individuals involved have been identified and at no time was anyone from the public, as well as teachers and students in danger.
