The Adel City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow.

The council will review and look to take action to approve issuing notices on sidewalk repairs pursuant to the city code ordinance for six of them from the 1200 block to the 1700 block of 14th Street.

Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a resolution to adopt the amended and restated Adel Urban Revitalization Plan, a resolution to authorize granting an access easement to Fairfax Properties LLC for a property located east of Meadow Road, a resolution to amend the Master Services Agreement with McClure Engineering for the Meadow Road Functional Design Study, a resolution to accept the final plat for Southbridge Plat 10, and authorizing staff to proceed with negotiating an asset purchase agreement with the South Dallas County Landfill.

Additional items up for approval include a change order, pay application, and substantial completion for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Lab and Administration Building, and a resolution to accept a Federal Aid Agreement with the Iowa Department of Transportation for an alternatives program.

The council may also enter into a closed session to evaluate the professional competency of candidates for the city administrator position. The meeting is open to the public and is happening at Adel City Hall, 301 S. 10th Street, tomorrow at 6pm.
