The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Cross Country Teams will try to bring out their best performances tonight, as they head to Bondurant for the Raccoon River Conference Meet.

The Tigers will find out where they place within the conference, as they’ll be running against Bondurant-Farrar, Ballard, Boone, Carlisle, Gilbert, North Polk, and Winterset. ADM Girls Head Coach Steve Brown highlights his appreciation for all the runners that have consistently been putting in work throughout the season.

“These girls have just embraced the work. They show up for practice and there’s no complaining, they just get to work and they do what they need to do. And that’s been really nice that they have a really great work ethic. Very dedicated group.”

The Tigers will attempt to nab a top spot for both teams, as the meet will take place at Bondurant-Farrar High School, 1000 Grant Street North. The varsity girls run at 4:50pm, followed by the varsity boys 5:15pm, then junior varsity girls at 5:40pm, then finishing off with the JV Boys at 6:05pm.
