
Panorama volleyball played in three games last night at the West Central Activities Conference tournament at Des Moines Christian High School in Urbandale on Monday. Panorama would defeat the Interstate 35 Roadrunners, but fell to Earlham and Madrid.
The Panthers faced off against the Earlham Cardinals first, falling to Earlham 2-0. Bouncing back, Panorama had a dominate outing against I-35, defeating the Roadrunners 2-0, winning the first set 21-18 then 21-11. In their final contest of the night, the Panthers fell to the Madrid Tigers 2-0.
After going 1-2 at the conference tournament, the 10-17 Panorama Panthers now prepare for their final push at regionals, facing off against the South Central Calhoun Titans at home. The winner between Panorama and South Central Calhoun will advance to face off against Dike-New Hartford in the second round of regionals.
