The Plumb Line in the Adel community will be holding an open house on Saturday to showcase recent updates made to their facility.

According to Co-Owner Gloria Arnold, she and her husband Gene purchased the property in 2022, and details the organization is a professional workspace that rents out units to Dallas County businesses to serve as office spaces. She explains that Gene and herself have been remodeling the building since they bought it, and notes that the open house will allow individuals to check out the available spaces to rent. Arnold highlights the upgrades they’ve made during the remodel.

“We’ve gutted all the bathrooms (and) the woodwork used to be green. We’ve modernized it. It literally looked like it was from the (19)90s.”

Arnold reveals that the open house is happening on Saturday from 9:30am-4pm, which is free and open to the public.
