Curtic Milburn, age 56, 29147 240th Street, Dallas Center, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Derek Dreager, Atlantic, was traveling south on Hwy 169 at Hwy 141, when a vehicle driven by Tun Lin, Des Moines, entered the roadway and collided with Mr. Dreager’s car.  Mr. Dreager was transported to the hospital by EMS for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage to Mr. Dreager’s vehicle was estimated at $19000.  Damage to Mr. Lin’s vehicle was estimated at $15000. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.  Mr. Lin was cited for Fail To Yield Upon Left Turn.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
