
Paton-Churdan
Paton-Churdan ended the home portion of the 2025 high school volleyball season with a sweep in three sets last night in Churdan vs. non-conference opponent Colo-Nesco. Scores were 25-23, 25-21, 25-14 and the Rockets head to the Rolling Valley Activities Conference Tournament this Saturday with an overall record of 4-10.
P-C head coach Nikki Uebel told Raccoon Valley Radio the Rockets had a good night from the service line with several ace serves. Junior Alivya Smith recorded five aces with four from freshman Chloe Happe, four from junior Ella Tasler, two by freshman Edynn Smith, and senior Mia Russell had one ace serve. The team leader in kills was Russell with six, followed by four each from Alivya Smith, sophomore Holly Miller, and Happe had two kills. Edynn Smith had 10 digs with nine for older sister Alivya, eight by Tasler, and Happe with four.
