A Paton man was recently sentenced to prison after stabbing a victim and burning down their house.

According to court documents, 28-year-old Devin Hackfort pled guilty to a Class C Felony for second degree arson, an amended charge of a Class D Felony for willful injury resulting in bodily injury, an aggravated misdemeanor for assault of a person in certain occupations-causing bodily injury and a serious misdemeanor for assault of a person in certain occupations.
