Wildcat cross country prepare for their most important meet of the season today as West Central Valley travels to Central College in Pella for Class 2A region 3 state qualifying meet. The race begins at 4pm for the girls and 4:40 for the boys.

The Wildcat girls will not be able to qualify as a team due to not having five members competing, but Dallas Morgan and Rhowen Miller look to qualify for state individually, and must place within the top 15 to qualify. The Wildcat boys can qualify as a team if West Central Valley places within the top three as a team, and can qualify individually if a runner places within the top 15 individually.
