Jacob White Stillwell, Des Moines, was driving in the 30000 block of 130th Ct. when he over corrected and went into a ditch, rolling the car.  All occupants sustained minor injuries and were checked by EMS.  Mr. Stillwell was transported to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Mr. Stillwell was cited for Failure To Maintain Control.  Damage was estimated at $11000.

Daniel Pottorff, age 69, 516 S. Fremont St, Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Assault On Persons In Certain Occupations and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Alex Meyer, age 39, 1716 14th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

Jeremy Beem, age 43, 250 Dartmoor Dr, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
