The Perry Chamber of Commerce is planning for 2026 and will be electing new board members next month, and nominations are due by the end of October.

According to Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti, there are three board member spots whose terms conclude at the end of this year, and the chamber is seeking nominations. She says that the current members are open to being re-elected, but invites chamber members to be able to run for those board seats for a three-year term. 

Pasutti details that the Director Election will be combined with the chamber’s Annual Member Meeting on November 18th, as she elaborates on the content that will be discussed.

“It will be one-part annual meeting, where ‘here’s the highlights from the past year, here’s the financials.’ And then one-part director election, ‘here’s who’s been nominated, here’s the current board’s recommendation…all in favor, yes,’ and then that’s it.”

Pasutti explains that nominations for new board members will need to be submitted by Monday, and then people who are selected will be contacted and invited to turn in a member application by this coming Friday. Any questions can be directed to the Perry Chamber of Commerce at (515)-465-4601.
