All Heart of Iowa Activities Conference volleyball programs have completed the 2025 season, so the All-Conference selections are now public. Greene County had four players with recognition by conference coaches including sophomore hitter Hanna Fouch being selection to the All-Conference First Team. Senior Lila Osterson, also a hitter, was a second team selection, with senior setter Natalee Baugh and junior Libero Bellah Johnson on the honorable mention list.

Fouch missed all of her freshman season due to rehabbing from knee surgery, so she is a rarity for Greene County volleyball in that she earned first team honors in her first year on the high school level. Osterson and Fouch made a formidable one-two hitting punch for the Rams. Baugh saw her first significant varsity time at setter as a senior and also show versatility as a hitter and even a back row player at times. Johnson is known for her tenacity and head first dives on the court to dig up the ball.

Roland-Story (Story City) won the conference title and placed three players on the first unit and another on the second. Runner-up Nevada had two players picked for both the first and second teams and PCM (Monroe), the third place team in the league, had two first team selections and one second teamer. The Rams were fourth in the conference with a 5-3 record and the three losses were to the three teams ahead of them in the league standings.
