The high school football season is over for the six teams in Class 3A District 6. District winner Carroll High and second place finisher Atlantic were the two playoff qualifiers from the district and both lost in the opening round of play on Friday night.

Voted onto the first team All-District offense from Greene County were senior Broc Stream as a Utility player and junior wide receiver Jaron Jacobs. No Rams were named to the first team defense.

Second team selections for the Rams were quarterback Zack Stalder, a junior named in the Utility spot on offense, along with senior linebacker Christopher Daugherty and senior defensive lineman Keegan Lawrence.  Making the honorable mention list were senior linebacker Aden Bardole and junior defensive back Brennan Jacobs. Junior receiver/defensive back/punt and kick returner Trevon Keely, a Paton-Churdan student, received the Golden Award, recognizing he likely would have been an all-district selection but a broken forearm ended his season before District play began.

Greene County went 1-4 in District 6 and finished fifth among the six teams and lost its last four games of the season. This season was the first since 2017 the Rams were in Class 3A instead of 2A.
