District 12 Senator Amy Sinclair

With the change in leadership at the Iowa Senate, there’s another change that some may want to know about.

Senate President and Senator for District 12 Amy Sinclair says that when Senator Mike Klimesh was named the new Senate Majority leader, there was another one that came that could be noticeable.

“Our Communications Director has joined the new Senate Majority Leader as his Chief of Staff. So we may have a little hiccup as we move into getting newsletters out for folks who have subscribed to myself or to any of the other senators, so just be patient with us in some of that communications area.”

Sinclair mentions that this should be the only place that constituents may notice anything different, or be impacted by the change. She adds that the Senate Majority is looking forward to continuing to serve the residents of Iowa.
