Photo belongs to the ADM Cheer Team

The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Cheer Team recently made school history, bringing home the top honor from a state championship competition.

The Tigers competed at the Iowa Cheerleading Coaches Association State Championships this past Saturday, which were held at the Iowa State Fairgrounds’ Jacobsen Building in Des Moines. ADM was able to earn first and third place for the Class 3A Stunt Group division, and placed fourth for the Class 3A Cheer Dance division, behind Center Point-Urbana, Gilbert, and Des Moines Christian. 

The recognition marks the first time that the Tiger Cheer program was given a championship trophy, in addition to three awards total from the ICCA State Competition.
