City and School Board elections are today.

Guthrie County Auditor Dani Fink reminds residents that they will need to travel to their voting precinct in order to cast their ballots. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio that if you live within any of the towns that a precinct’s in, then that is your precinct to vote in. Fink explains that if you’re in a rural area, depending on where you’re at, some of those lines start to blend and it can be questionable, so it’s always good to double check or just call her office, and they can look up your address and tell you where to go to.

Fink mentions that there are six locations within Guthrie County for residents to vote in, and adds that in the case that someone goes to the wrong location, poll takers at the location can help guide them to the correct place. Polling locations will be open until 8pm for voting. A list of the voting precincts in Guthrie County, along with those for Adair, Greenfield and Stuart in Adair County can be found in this story online.
