2023 Greene County High School graduate McKinley Robbins, now a redshirt sophomore on the Oregon State U. (Corvallis) wrestling team, began the 2025-26 season over the weekend. Robbins and his teammates went from one coast to the other for the Princeton (NJ) Open Tournament.
Robbins went 2-2 at 149 lbs. for the Beavers, losing 10-8, winning 10-6, winning by fall, and losing 5-1.
A product of Sebolt Wrestling Academy in Jefferson, Robbins is the only Ram wrestler to qualify for the State Tournament finals all four years of high school. He finished first twice and was second twice, and he holds numerous program records.
