Graveside servcies for Richard Kephart, 86, of Greenfield, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery near Van Meter, Iowa.  Full military graveside rites will be conducted by the Greenfield American Legion Head-Endres Post No. 265 and V.F.W. Post No. 5357 and the Army Funeral Honor Guard.  The Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com.

Survivors:  He is survived by his wife, Judy Kephart of Greenfield; son, Richard Kephart of Urbandale; two daughters, Pamela Whigam and Kathy Miller both of Arizona; step-children, Don McKean (Missy), Joe McKean (Carey), Lisa McFarland (Geoff) and David Moore (Dixie) all of Iowa; sixteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren; two sisters, Phyllis Lane (Frank) and Kay Kellenberg (Dennis) all of Greenfield; other relatives and friends.
