A senior from the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Dance Team unveils the style that best expresses her.

Jordan Crannell shares that she has always had a love for music, emphasizing that dancing is a great way to show that. She notes that her coaches have helped her gain confidence in performing in front of large crowds, which has given her more freedom in her movements. Crannell acknowledges that her favorite style of dance is Pom, as she explains the reason why.

“I just think it’s really fun to be powerful and have strong powerful movements. I enjoy it a lot.”

She admits that she doesn’t really have any personal goals, but is more focused on assisting her team achieve success, which they have a mindset to place in all the routines at the state competition. The Tigers are currently preparing for the Dance Team Union Regional competition in Waukee on November 15th and 16th.
