Nicholas Clark, Woodward, was driving on Hwy 141 at T Ave when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was driven from the scene.

Nov. 6th

Tate Yates, age 33, 5009 SW 15th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Pretrial Release and Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 1st Degree.

Keyshaun Jones, age 28, 1243 14th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Tyler Baker, Ames, was driving in the 15000 block of Old Hwy 6 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5000.  The car was able to be driven away from the scene.

Todd Dunkel, Cumming, was driving in the 12000 block of Maffitt Lake Road when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The car was able to be driven away from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
