Damien Walton, age 44, 1010 Gratis Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Harassment.
Tyler Carpenter, age 38, 1407 HyVue, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
Renso Ramos, age 48, 200 W State St, Baxter, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.
Casey Hill, Clarinda, was driving in the 35000 block of L Ave, when she hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Gabriel Davila, Perry, was driving in the 19000 block of W Ave when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000. The car was towed from the scene.
Perry Leppert, Knoxville, was driving on I80 near the 106 mile marker when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Nov. 8th
Shannon Barber, age 49, 210 SE 3rd St, Panora, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.
Cass Zorn, Adel, was driving a truck pulling a trailer when he slowed to turn onto U Ave from 240th. Peyton Salsman, Dallas Center, was traveling behind Mr. Zorn and attempted to stop but due to weather conditions, was not able to and struck the trailer Mr. Zorn was pulling. No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Zorn’s trailer was estimated at $3000. Damage to Mr. Salsman’s vehicle was estimated at $1500. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Nov. 9th
An officer from the Perry Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle owned by Silvia Monlina Flores, Perry. The driver of the vehicle parked the vehicle and fled the scene. The Perry Police Officer was chasing the driver on foot when his police vehicle rolled into the parked vehicle. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000 to the City vehicle. No damage was found on the parked car.
Nov. 10th
Timothy Arnold, age 40, 275 Terrace Dr, Waukee, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault, four counts of Dominion/Control Of Firearm By Domestic Abuser, Harassment and Violation Of No Contact Order.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
