The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in session Wednesday morning.
The Board approved 2025 family farm applications on the recommendation of the Auditor’s Office, along with Veteran Affairs Coordinator Beth Watson’s quarterly report for her department. They also approved final plans for the Adair-Guthrie Hot Mix Asphalt resurfacing project on 350th Street from Redwood east two miles, federal-aid funding with the Iowa Department of Transportation for a bridge replacement project on Luna Avenue between 140th Street and 150th Street, and right of way contracts for permanent and temporary easements.
The Board then canvassed the results from the 2025 city/school elections, making those results official, and tabled fiscal year 2026 budget appropriations to their next regular meeting, which will be on Tuesday.
