DCG Mustangs boys cross country saw six seniors stride across the finish line for the last time in Mustang red in 2025, a season which saw the group make state.

Drew Every, Harper Gessmann, Cael Ramsey, Conner Simpson, Owen Weiler, and Bodee Krob were the leaders of this year’s boys cross country team which earned a lot of success with multiple first place finishes and a top ten placing at the state championships.

Gessman led the 2026 class with a 16:11 average time in the 5k, with Ramsey and Weiler nip-and-tuck behind him with 16:50 and 17:05 respectively. Krob ran for a good average this year with a time of 19:05. Every and Simpson rounded out the Mustangs seniors with times of 19:43 and 19:52.

A very strong 2025 campaign comes to a close but these seniors left it all out on the course.
