The Stuart Public Library has a growing group that community members can participate in.

Librarian Rachel Majerus says that the cribbage group meets at the library twice a week, with many people taking part playing the card game and having coffee. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio that there’s no particular demographic for who can join the group.

“It’s really for anybody. It’s for all ages. We just have a great group of people that are willing to welcome anybody who has any kind of interest in playing cribbage, they will teach you.”

Majerus mentions that the group meets Tuesdays and Fridays starting at 10am and going until noon. She adds that the group is happy to meet new faces, and have multiple games going if needed.
