The AC/GC Chargers girls basketball team began practices last week, and many members of the team are looking forward to the rest of the season.

Head Coach Brad Baudler says that their returners from last year are a huge help, especially the four seniors. He explains that they were also able to add a decent sized freshman class, with five members of the team being new to the high school. Baudler mentions that the team will have some good numbers, as he believes that he’ll end up with 13 or 14 players. The team had a scrimmage on Saturday, and will have another one tomorrow. Their first game of the season will be next Monday.
