Jennifer Millard, age 53, 112 Sunset Dr, Grand Junction, was arrested for Open Container, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Barred.
Ronald Neuhalfen, Perry, was driving on Ute Ave at Westown Pkwy, when a vehicle driven by Emma Jacobsen, Adel, pulled out from a stop sign and struck Mr. Neuhalfen’s vehicle. This collision caused Mr. Neuhalfen’s vehicle to collide with one driven by Jaclyn Strube, Waukee. No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Neuhalfen’s vehicle was estimated at $3000. Damage to Ms. Jacobsen’s vehicle was estimated at $5000. Damage to Ms Strube’s vehicle was estimated at $5000. Ms Jacobsen was cited for Fail To Yield Upon Left Turn.
Jace Nichols, Bussey, was driving in the 34000 block of R Ave, when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Richard Sheets, Panora, was driving on 335th at Fox Creek Drive, when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7500. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Justin Rodriguez, age 41, 1276 De Wolf St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Larry Kumm, age 72, 28925 360th St, Booneville, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence. He was also cited for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.
Duke Carter, age 60, 201 Shamrock, Melrose, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of No Contact Order.
Luis Lopez Campos, age 32, 2101 Locust St, Granger, was arrested on a warrant for Sex Offender- Registration Violation.
Mohammed Al Samurai, age 54, 1152 Mapleleaf Lane, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Compulsory Education Violation.

Miguel Regalado Alvarez, age 18, 608 8th St, Humboldt, was arrested for Possession Alcohol By Person 18/19/20, Operating While Under The Influence and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. He was also cited for Person Under 21 Using Tobacco/Vapor Product.

Franck Umuhoza, West Des Moines, was driving in the 35000 block of Maffit Lake Road when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3000. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
Loren Esse, Des Moines, was driving on Hwy 141 at Quinlan Ave when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
