
The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tommorow.
After reviewing a site and floor plan for the new Emergency Medical Services Station in Adel last week, the board will hear a request for qualifications for a construction manager at risk. In other capital projects discussion, the board will hear about the courthouse renovation project, including an update on the second floor progress
Other items on the agenda that the board will consider approving include a resolution for a family farm tax credit, a Master Matrix Construction Permit, following the public hearing; a resolution for a name change for White Oak Lane, a county comprehensive plan reason for proposal and a resolution for the second tier canvass of the 2025 city and school board election.
The board will also continue holding fiscal year 2027 pre-budget workshops for multiple departments, including Veterans Affairs, Juvenile Court Services and Secondary Roads.
The meeting will take place at 9 a.m. tomorrow inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel.
