The Perry Fine Arts will continue its 2025-26 concert series on Sunday afternoon.
Chairperson Cathy Clark says the organization is welcoming “Weary Ramblers” to perform in Perry. She shares that the Iowa folk duo is returning for the second year at the Performing Arts Center.
“They were here last year. They had a fantastic concert, we had a fantastic turnout. I’m hoping that we’ll have as great of turnout this time as we had last time because they are so very, very good.”
The duo, consisting of Chad Elliott from Jefferson on guitar and Kathryn Severing Fox on fiddle, bring years of experience to the stage with award-winning songwriting. Clark adds that the pair also combines multiple instruments with harmonies and storytelling.
Clark says while the show is free to the public, free-will donations to the Perry Fine Arts are accepted. The concert will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Perry Performing Arts Center, 1200 18th Street.
