With girls wrestling and basketball having started already for the Jayettes, the Bluejays wrestling team prepare for their first meet of the season that’s just over a week away. Perry is set to travel to Independence High School on Friday, December 5th for the Cliff Keen Independence Invitational.

The Bluejays kick off the season in spectacular fashion, taking on wrestlers from 33 other schools. Perry will face off against familiar foes like Atlantic, Greene County, and PCM, while also seeing other schools like Union Community, Waterloo East, and Maquoketa.

Perry boys wrestling is officially just one week away from the first meet of the season, as the Bluejays are set to travel to Independence High School on Friday. The action is set to begin at 2pm.
