
The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session Monday night.
The Council will consider for approval a proposed moratorium on alcohol and tobacco sales, then hear an update from the Stuart Police Department. They will also discuss the Stuart Emergency Medical Services Director position, and EMS Advisory Committee, then consider for approval the final payment estimate of $19,159.42, acceptance of project, and an engineering agreement amendment to the tune of $95,008, all in regards to the Wambold 3rd Addition.
The Council will then consider for approval two resolutions authorizing and approving a loan agreement, providing for the issuance of a taxable general obligation corporate purpose bond, series 2025C and 2025D, and providing for the levy of taxes to pay the same. The final update on the agenda for consideration is a change order of $1,000 for the All Saints Retention Pond lot sidewalk project.
