In the duel with the Norwalk Warriors on Thursday night, DCG came out on top after a close contest to win 39-33.

Nia Kiley was the first Mustang winner of the match as she won with a tech fall in the 110 lbs weight class. The Warriors then won three in a row in the 115, 120, and 125. Sabrina Macke got DCG back into it with a pin in 2:48 seconds. In the 140-pound class, Meredith Opoku-Sekyere earned a 14-1 major decision before Jenah Gray pinned her opponent in just 55 seconds. Ashtyn Jahangir followed with a pin of her own for the last victory of the night to put DCG in front of Norwalk 39-33.

On the season DCG is up to 94 wins in total and is rolling along as they build momentum towards the end of the season.
