The Panora City Council will meet in regular session Monday night.

The Council will consider for approval action regarding permission for discharging firearms within city limits on AG zoned property, then hold a public hearing on the adoption of the updated 2025 Panora City Code of Ordinances, before holding the third reading of the ordinance adopting the 2025 City of Panora Code of Ordinances. They will then consider for approval a written water exemption request for the Calmer Subdivision, then hold the first reading of an ordinance amending zoning regulations regarding a time frame for sidewalk sales in the business commercial and historic business commercial districts.

The Council will also consider for approval a resolution pertaining to authorizing staff to submit the State of Iowa Fiscal Year 2022 State and Local Cybersecurity grant local consent agreement, then discuss budget meetings and Council committees for the upcoming fiscal year.
