The Perry Chamber of Commerce will bring out the big scissors on Thursday.

Executive Director Lynsi Pasutti says the chamber will help cut the ribbon at 3 p.m. for the Nudger’s Morgan Building, 1306 2nd Street. She adds that the project has been going on for several years and includes apartments upstairs along with the main level.

“It’s really exciting to see that development continue downtown. We’ve had a lot of new apartments come on in the last couple of years so downtown living continues to improve and expand. So really exciting to see that vibrancy downtown.”

Open house tours will be held following the ribbon cutting ceremony.
