The West Central Valley Bowling Teams had a successful first meet of the 2025-26 season on Tuesday, beating Creston in Stuart.

The Wildcats girls won 1552 to 1315 and the boys came out on top 2035 to 811. On the girls side, it was the first time West Central Valley competed against Creston, and the boys were able to pick up their first win versus the Panthers in three tries, as Creston took both matches during the 2023 and 2024 season. The Wildcats girls and boys are now 1-0 on the year, and will be next in action this coming Tuesday, taking on Lenox and Mount Ayr at Tiger Lanes in Lenox, Iowa.
