The Adel Women’s Club will help light up the city through an annual event tomorrow.

The group is selling luminary kits for $10 and memorial luminaries for $5. The luminaries are available for sale at Adel Flowers and Gifts.

The club says proceeds from the luminary sales will benefit community organizations, including the Adel Public Library, Crisis Intervention, Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Scholarships, Adel Historical Museum, Blue Kindness, Good Samaritan Food Pantry and more. 

The club will host a holiday celebration at 4:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Community House and Pavilion in Adel. The event, which is open to the public, will feature a memorial luminary display, caroling and refreshments.
