According to the US Postal Service, there are certain dates individuals should ship out gifts or letters to make sure that they arrive on time. Those using USPS Ground Advantage services, parcels will need to be mailed by December 17th, while those using Priority Mail services should send items by December 18th. For items sent through USPS Priority Mail Express, the latest date to ship would be December 20th.
